I live in the centre of Breda and there are a few things that I notice. We had some great innovative stores with own brands and styles. But unfortunately these stores are disappearing and all I see is dump stores coming more and more. Breda used to be an great city to go shopping but now, when I want to shop I am becoming more depressive. (I shop when I am depressed so this is not the feeling I want to get) When I was at Strijp S in Eindhoven I immeaditly lightined up. How nice that I can walk threw one building and be inspirered by all kinds of things like; things for my home, beautyproducts, gadgets, shoes and clothes!

How are retailers ensuring that its assortment and store concept are perfectly suited for a specific demographic or location?
