What is your motivation?

So I try to eat healthy, exercise and be active. There is just one thing, my problem is I get bored so fast! In the gym I watch Television but this only makes me want to go back to the couch even more. When I go out to walk, I almost had every thinkable route I can take. I want something to motivate me and not only the weight loss but to be motivated cause it is fun. Well I searched the internet for some solutions and this is what I found:
Google Glass while riding a bike. While you are riding you bicycle the glass tells you stories about the things you will see on the route. This is an educative addition to movement.
- Wearable tech to spark. People are generally more conscious of their health and wellness, and coupled with a rise in devices to monitor health, are increasingly taking a more ‘hands-on’ informed approach when it comes to keeping fit and staying healthy . This is a great example of that we want to see that change, we want to see why we are doing it.
Cucalu-app. The reason why we play games is to escape from reality. But with this app you can do this in real life. When you go for a walk this app will add a game in combination with photography to let you look at the world in a different way.
These are just examples of a million things beside it. There are a thousand apps to improve your skills in sports. But why do we want to know everything? Because we needed to be motivated. Fitness accounts on instagram, Facebook challenges every social media is focusing on getting people off the chairs and move their body.
Myself I will download the Cucalu-app and see what the world has to bring me. We are only one month away from spring and I am dying to go outside again and get my movement in the fresh air! Not the stinky gym with the smelling people. My goal before this spring is even losing some weigth. The problem is I always have an excuse to eat something really bad (chocolate is my addiction) or not to go to the gym. I am done with that. Let’s get motivated and get the movement we need to do to be healthy. Not only healthy on instagram but also on real life. I find this two different things.
